I had helped my parents make wine as a kid and currently I've been into making a variety of beer. This was my first wine kit - more care and handling than beer but still very straight forward and relatively easy to do if you already have the basic equipment. When it came to whipping the wine to remove the C02 I tried that but wound up using a vacuum pump over a couple of days. (you can look that up on youtube for yourself). Once done the wine was really very nice, little bit of heat with the alcohol. I took a bottle to a friend that actually does real world wine selecting and received a score of 93.. She tells me that is very good!! LOL. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed with the result.
