I made this back at the end of October. I like the fact that the grains came vacuumed packed. This was a straight forward beer to make. I hit all my numbers. Everyone that tried it liked it (even some Bud Light drinkers) if you like malty biers, you'll love this one, brew it up!

I ordered this recipe and it arrived in about 6 days. I brewed this beer last night; the recipe states that the starting gravity will be about 1.055, mine ended up at 1.049, so I am happy with it so far. Great service from this company. I will update on taste when the brew is complete

Liquid Yeast: Liquid yeast are essential to providing a beer true to its style. While a standard dry yeast will produce a nice beer, we strongly suggest using a liquid yeast.
