    This is my favorite kit in the bunch. I love beers with malty overtones . This beer is fine as is, but if you would like a little Belgium Ale (chocolate aroma ) , try adding two heaping table spoons of Hershey's dark cocoa powder (make sure no dairy). Add the cocoa during the last two minute boil when the hops are added. With or without the addition of cocoa, this is a fantastic dark kit. I have brewed for 20+ years and have sampled at minimum 25 different kits. Enjoy!

    I have ordered this at least two times. Both times I think that this is a very great tasting ale. On my latest order I did 2 stage brewing and this improved the taste and smoothness. I have brewed several brands of kits and I would say that this is the best tasting kit I have made.
