Muntons Chocolate 1Lb
Muntons Chocolate is a highly roasted 2 Row Malted grain. Small amounts produce a nutty flavor and a Ruby red color. Larger amounts will produce a black color and a smooth roasted flavor. Good for Porters and Stouts, but can used in other dark beers. A range of 3-15% can be added to the total malt content of a recpie.
