i love IPAs with big hop taste and aroma. These centennial hops will certainly help with that as they were used in my first ever modified recipe.

It has been a few years since making my last batch of beer. Special occasion on the horizon... And so made the impulsive decision to: relax, don't worry and have a home brew and make some... So aside from equipment that was a bit dusty ... I needed a few ingredients... I was ready to run out and visit the local brew store about 40 minutes away. And at the same time I was chatting with another home brewer and he sent me your link and it was all down hill from there... I liked the initials on the invoice... Which implied that the order had been picked and checked..... And it was time to get going... So then .. .. The wert is fermenting and clearing nicely... Considered a secondary fermentation but it should be ready to bottle this coming weekend... Will see.... Still a little yeast looking toward the bottom 1/2 of the fermenter... But it seems well and I am more, relaxed today about the orocess than when I was starting in 1990... Thinking about my next batch now and will be back for more hops priming sugar mal and a larger spoon to stir through the brake!,,,
