The PSA IPA has a strong malt backbone to support the 3 oz of hop additions which occur throughout the boil. The result is an aromatic IPA that weighs in at 5.6-6.0% ABV. The bitterness is in line for what you'd expect from an IPA, with the Pallisade hops contributing fruity flavors and slight floral and grassy aromas.
