    This is a great kit of you know what you're looking for. Definitely not the first kit most people should try but if you know what you're buying you won't be disappointed. A good piece of advice is storing this brew and waiting 3-6 months to drink it. It's hard to wait that long but it really will make a difference. Done correctly, it will amaze with its mellow, deep layers of toffee, nuts, caramel, and malt flavors. This is a high gravity beer and needs care. Aerate very well before pitching the yeast. It should be bottled and allowed to rest for at least 3 months, though 6 months or more is highly recommended.
